What is happening with this location? My wife has been trying to schedule a mammogram for almost a year now. This time they gave her an appointment only to be turned back because they changed their internal system and couldn’t access the order from the previous system. How can you jeopardize someone’s life this way?
It has been several years that I have been getting testing done at this Rayus location. I reported to a supervisor today how pleased I am with the assistance of their staff, technicians, and especially to Pilar. She went out of her way to assist me with scheduling that had been inadvertently canceled in error. Her personal attention and care making a patient feel important is exemplary and greatly appreciated.
Rhonda was an experienced and exceptional breast exam tech with 30 years experience. TY!
Last month I had my mammogram and bone density test at this location, the technicians were personable and professional. Though, I added my primary physician as Dr.Osorio-Smith from Cleveland Clinic she was never sent copies until a half hour ago. This was my 3rd following up call, same situation for years as due to my insurance must use Rayus. Special thanks to Tatiana for her professionalism and great customer service skills.
