Manager helpful. Lady who did my abdominal us on 10.10.25 at 720am was really nice and knowledgeable. Front desk lady not very pleasant..you have to be careful or she will say you have an attitude and call the manager. I was a little nervous because of how she has been with me on 10.9.25.i really should not have to walk on pins and needles when getting service in a facility of this nature. Mammogram tect on 10.8.25 at my 8am appt was nice also. Us tect who did breast us on 10.8.25 at about 9am was cold and unfriendly. Anyway... read more
I was greeted by Raina- AMAZING, Sweet, professional!! I had a mammogram and Bone Density and BOTH techs were phenomenal! Thank you ladies for making it such a quick, painless, and friendly visit!!! See you next year!!!

What is happening with this location? My wife has been trying to schedule a mammogram for almost a year now. This time they gave her an appointment only to be turned back because they changed their internal system and couldn’t access the order from the previous system. How can you jeopardize someone’s life this way?
It has been several years that I have been getting testing done at this Rayus location. I reported to a supervisor today how pleased I am with the assistance of their staff, technicians, and especially to Pilar. She went out of her way to assist me with scheduling that had been inadvertently canceled in error. Her personal attention and care making a patient feel important is exemplary and greatly appreciated.
