Whilst my experience was excellent checking in and undergoing an MRI scan of my brain and orbits, it took 13 working days and numerous phone calls to finally receive the written results which was clearly written by a Radiologist who either didn't care or was completely incompetent. The one-star rating should be zero stars!
I gave Rayus 2 stars:one for the wonderful West Palm Beach Location and one for Dr Michael Pont for being an actual neuroradiologist whose evaluation of my MRI on my neck was thorough and on target. I took one star away from the Palm Beach Gardens location for overbooking and then me being the patient who was cancelled the night before my appointment.
