Very slow reception are and bad attitudes. The technicians are always in a bad mood as well. Tomorrow I'm going to WPB, let's see if they treat their patients as bad.
Unprofessional and there's a clear lack of communication. The front staff are too busy talking, giggling and laughing to care for the patients that are waiting to be seeing. Terrible experience!
Inaccurate pricing. They will double what you paid in person and send you the bill in the mail with no explanation. Unfortunately typical hospital behavior
I was told that my results would take 3-5 business days, only to learn by phone it would be 7-10 business days. No one seemed interested in helping me UNTIL I spoke to Angelise. She listened, emailed her supervisor and within an hour I had my MRI results. Thank you so much Angelise - you are 5 stars in my book!
Don’t come here if you expect quick results. They used to be amazing & always had report uploaded within 1-2 days. It’s been about two weeks & they have no update for me yet they still advertise one their website that it only takes 1-2 days. I understand they have new systems in place but 2+ weeks for MRI results is not acceptable especially since when advertising otherwise.
