People are great that work there. Very helpful. Reason for low score is because they changed the way you check in and now require you to be there 30 minutes early unnecessarily even if you have pre-filled out your information. They do not require masks so if you are concerned about other people's germs you better wear your mask!!!!
Not sure what the point of making an appointment here is. I had an appointment and showed up half an hour early, only to find a huge line of people waiting at the front desk to check in. By the time I finally got to the front desk it was already my scheduled appointment time. They told me they would call me shortly. That was not the case, 50 minutes later I asked them why i haven't been called yet. The woman went to the back and came back and told me that it would be another 45 minutes. Excellent offices and helpful staff in West Boca, FL. The most unfortunate thing is that I haven't been able to get the results of a test I took 18 business days ago. I've called the helpline multiple times, but no one has given me a reason for this situation.
