RAYUS charged me for an ultrasound. I paid at front. After a month I realized my insurance had paid them a couple of days after my appointment. I never received a refund. I came personally to clarify and get my refund. I’ve been waiting here at Rayus for a while. The front desk only takes people that have appointment. They don’t know why I’m here. And they made me wait. Many people came and everybody was help before me. I hope I never have to come back here again. Be aware. This is the Rayus in West Boca on 441. I left.
Arrived at 3:50pm to make an appointment for a sonogram. Waited 45 minutes then asked if it would be much longer and the wonderful person I asked made it right then. It was a very busy time for them. I returned the next day for my appointment at 4:30 and only waited about 7 minutes before they called my name. It went smoothly. Very nice place and people but they do get busy. Looking back calling for the appointment would have been better.
My mom and I had such a wonderful experience at Rayus thanks to Tiffany at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she greeted my mom with warmth and kindness that instantly put her at ease. Tiffany was incredibly sweet, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt comfortable and cared for. It’s not every day you meet someone who can turn a routine appointment into such a positive experience, but Tiffany truly did. She is such an asset to Rayus, and we’re so grateful for her compassion and care.
