Very kind and professional
Scheduled the earliest appt they offer, checked in at 7:45am. Did my paper work called back to change and put in another waiting room. Watched others come and go. Finally after about a hr I got dressed and left. Just cause rayus can't keep a schedule right away in the morning, I still have to. Was told my appt would take about a half hr but already a hr and not seen. No explanation, no one checking on me, no regard to my time, had to remove a glucose sensor for no reason. I left and scheduled at another place, not rayus.
Awesome. Fantastic. Caring. Professional. Everything was explained to me before the procedure and I was informed at every step throughout the procedure what exactly was going on. I was extremely pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Rayus Radiology for spinal injections.
