Quick, courteous care.
My technician did an excellent job in explaining the procedure, he was what I'm going to do. He said, if I feel a a slight twinge in my arm should tell him right away so he could back off of the nerve. And that what happened and as soon as he backed off it stopped. The check-in process was quite easy. I was called back quickly And the person who did my DEXA scan was very kind and polite. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Rayus Radiology.
From the moment I checked in to the end of mammogram I felt welcomed and heard by all staff. The radiology technician introduced herself. She was very efficient and explained each procedure. She had a warm and instructive attitude. She performed the mammogram without causing excessive discomfort.
