If I could give a negative star rating I would. We went to Rayus with a referral from our clinic for an x-ray and were told Rayus takes walk-ins. We quickly found this to not be true and the patient we were with was struggling significantly with pneumonia, in a wheelchair, and unable to talk because of their coughing. The front desk receptionist asked if we had an appointment and we said no. Everyone was friendly, all were on time and the tech person was so helpful making my back comfortable, listening to me and being quick and efficient. As in my past experiences, Rayus did a great job.
