Reception desk fully staffed. No waiting. After turning in my check in papers, an alert staff member realized that I had not finished the last page and called me back to the desk to complete it. The person, Melissa, who attended to me at the appointment was spot on! Professional, kind, cheerful, and had a very calming effect on my somewhat anxious self.
