X ray Technician was extremely compassionate. He was soft spoken and very gentle.
It is important to follow up with Rayus right after an order is sent to them from your doctor. If your doctor orders a certain type of imaging that they don't perform there is no feedback loop back to the provider. My recommendation is to call Rayus the next day after the order is sent to make sure if it was received and to confirm the type of imaging ordered is possible otherwise nothing will be done.
It was my first time going there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They made the whole process easy.
I was seen promptly even though I arrived early. RAYUS staff were all onsiderate and professional. The procedure was more painful than I expected. Suggestion: Tell patients to bring Tylenol or other pain med with them to take immediately after a biopsy.
