It was my first time going there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They made the whole process easy.
I was seen promptly even though I arrived early. RAYUS staff were all onsiderate and professional. The procedure was more painful than I expected. Suggestion: Tell patients to bring Tylenol or other pain med with them to take immediately after a biopsy.
I am shocked at their behavior. The first time I went there I had an incredible experience so when I needed a certain test, I specifically asked for this location. However, they are intentionally trying to force additional unnecessary tests on people. I was told verbally that they thought it was a cyst, but the report now says it’s “indeterminate” so they can force me to have an additional test and make more $. I am not going to play this game.
My experience here was great! The support from the nurses in my procedure and the Dr.'s gentleness were amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to have a procedure done here in the future. I am very impressed.
