Frustrating experience with customer service and their phone tree. Long wait time when calling. Difficulty with getting billing issue resolved. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that they do have an option for individuals with claustrophobia to get MRI imaging done. Otherwise not worth it at all.
Been calling for months now. Out of 5 calls over 1 hour, 2 people answered the phone and tell me it will take 6 months to a year to get in and they will call to schedule then no calls to schedule.
Worst experience here at this location. I was late due to accident on the way and there is traffic. I leave home to arrive 15 min early then appointment at location. But due to traffic got late for 25 min for appointment. Already got appointment after 1.5 months now offering me to reschedule after 20-25days. When we come early they let us wait 30min even you have appointment then they don’t feel we are making patient late even they come at appointment time. Good
My experience at this business was not pleasant. They were a hour behind schedule and rushed me when I finally was seen. The woman who took my x-ray made me feel incompetent to do as asked when taking my x-ray images. She was rushing me despite having me wait an hour before being seen. I’m having issues with breathing and she wasn’t considerate of my condition when coaching me on how to hold my breath. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I’m not okay with how I was treated.
