They were so nice and helpful
I had a good experience, the receptionist was helpful and the medical team was great! My only suggestion will be for the receptionist to speak a little louder, she has a soft voice that was hard to hear .
I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time I’ve visited RAYUS Radiology. The wait times are always short, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just recently, I went in for imaging and realized that my provider had ordered the wrong exam. Ana Z., the front desk representative, went above and beyond to help me. She contacted my doctor’s office, got the order updated, and after asking me a few quick questions, she was able to get everything taken care of so I could have my imaging done.
