I went to Rayus Radiology for a CT Enterography and did not have a good experience. It was cold and I got extremely cold after drinking the cold liquids to prep for the scan. They did give me blankets and were kind to me, but when it came time to put in the contrast dye through the IV, two different people couldn't find a vein. I was poked multiple times on both arms, leaving bruises behind. They gave up and did the scan anyway (which I agreed to), but it was a horrifying experience for me. Arrived early for my appointment. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly kind and clearly explained what was needed. Once in for my MRI the technician was kind, professional and accommodating to aches and pains I was having prior to the exam. My results were ready within a couple hours after leaving. Highly recommended for their services and caring
