They sent my bill to collections even though it was current and they had withdrawn payment from my card. Collections blew up my phone. It took 2 phone calls to Rayus, one which took 40 min, before the issue was resolved. They explained to me they made a typo. They did not even bother to apologize. 100% unprofessional.

Quick, easy and convenient. Everyone from front desk check-in to the MRI tech, Kailyn, was very thorough and explained the entire process.
I have claustrophobia so getting an MRI done is very stressful for me. This is the second time I had it done with Kailyn at East Calumet office and she is AWESOME. She takes the time to be sure I was as calm as possible, talking me through the entire thing. While I was in the "tube" she would keep me updated on how long each section was and cheering me on. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kind spirit. Thanks, Pam
