Adrielle at the front desk is the best example for outstanding customer service! Thank you
both receptionist and the technician were very thorough in explaining the process. My doctor had the order wrong but they were able to resolve it and still get my scan done in great time. The Spanish Fork… Or is that Springville? Regardless, the place I went to was awesome and I'm sure I'll be visiting there again.
It's always been a challenge to get my annual MRI. But this year I came to RAYUS and what normally takes me a month to accomplish took a day. Thanks for leaning forward to get me scheduled and all squared away with my insurance and Dr's.
