The Nurses are very very nice there and they make sure u understand everything and are very patient with you I enjoyed myself while I was there thank you

I had filled out all paperwork online. Having arrived 10 minutes early, I had virtually no waiting. Everyone was VERY friendly, helpful and encouraging. Finished and on my way within half an hour.
Very unprofessional operation. Had MRI scheduled for nearly a month and they didn’t bother to get insurance authorization until 2 days before procedure. Authorization was denied because insurance company didn’t have sufficient info. I was supposed to receive a call from Rayus the day before to confirm that we were all set but the call never came. Drove 2.5 hours to get to morning appointment and authorization was still not approved. Spoke to supervisor and they indicated that they couldn’t retroactively bill insurance and I ... read more
