Staff is friendly upon greeting. The actual radiology technicians are helpful and friendly. The low score is due to wait time; it's is outrageous for a scan. No updates or communication 😕. I waited over 30 minutes for my scan and missed an important meeting for my work. Understaffed to say the least. Also - an individual next to me was not informed about the fact that after drinking a contrast material, they would need to wait 30+ minutes in the waiting room prior to being scanned. I went here for injection and cyst removal from my spine. Rayus Radiology was recommended by my spine doctor. Sara and Dr. Tyan were wonderful. Both explained what was going to happen and during my procedure Dr. Tyan explained what he was doing ever step of the way. Considering this is my first time having this done, I felt at ease. I recommend Rayus Radiology. I would definitely go back.
Fraudulent billing practices with horrible customer service. Repeatedly billed incorrectly due to Rayus not using correct dx codes for billing. My hospital that performed the services (Rayus just reads them) had no issues. Do not recommend at all.
