I highly recommend SmartChoice MRI. They were able to schedule me quickly and did a great job. Sandy and Kailyn were both very friendly and completed my scan quickly.

I would highly recommend Smart Choice MRI in Appleton. The receptionist was very friendly and helped you through the paper work that was needed. The tech was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had. She was calm and explained what would happen during the process. Even though I am a bigger guy, they helped with everything to make this a positive process.

I was very impressed with Diagnostic Centers of America’s Boca Raton Location. It was extremely clean and everyone was very professional and friendly. I cannot thank Brian and Carmen enough for their kindness and professionalism. I was extremely nervous about my MRI and they were wonderful and got me through it. I have gotten other imaging done at DCA and it is consistently excellent.

I've been there twice, price is unbelievable, friendly people, easy scheduling and everything is very well explained before you get into the machine. There was no surprises! I feel like they treat me more like a friend than a customer. I needed to do this off work hours and they make it possible with Saturday appointments! Sandy and Kailyn are pros!! Thanks much!

they are discriminating and lying. I am a 9/11 rescuer and have a history of 9/11 related asthma. I was also tested for COVID-19 and am negative. I have active asthma and doctor ordered a chest x-ray. they refused to see me after giving me an appointment, confirming that appt the night before and after I divulged all information to them and went there with N95 mask and glove. then they placed my name on a list. they blacklisted me. this is discrimination!! they said they spoke with my doctor, which they did not and lied to m... read more

My appointment was at 7:00 PM. They told me to get there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, so I arrived at 6:45 PM. After waiting an hour, they finally called me back to one of the desks to pay for the test I needed done. I said I did not want to pay if it was still going to be a long wait. She said that they were way behind and suggested that I re-schedule. I said nevermind, and hopefully I will find a more efficient facility.
