RUDE STAFF. Very disappointed in the service received from RAYUS Radiology in Otsego MN. Started with not hearing from scheduling for 3 days after orders were submitted as ASAP for a CT Scan which the surgeon submitted while I was on the phone with her. I was informed I would be receiving a call for scheduling. Nothing. I had to call in and schedule myself. Appointment was set with a check in time within one week (which was important).
