Rayus Open MRI was fantastic. Being extremely claustrophobic, Jake was so patient with me, and made the experience easy. Thank you Jake!
Worst experience in my life, not only did they step out of their lane by calling my insurance company and providing inaccurate information causing me to lose my insurance they also gave me the run around for over a month in getting an mri scheduled and only to call two hours later and cancel the appt and tell me they cant do it nit to mention they had their phone number added to my file as my home number so Dr's were not able to reach me. Technician was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
Great experience from start to finish at RAYUS Radiology in Eau Claire, WI. Front Desk quickly found an appointment for me. When I arrived, they were friendly and provided clear instructions for the paperwork I needed to complete. Jake, who conducted my MRI, was excellent to deal with. His explanation of the procedure and timing of it were detailed and complete. This was my first visit and I would highly recommend RAYUS for a standalone imaging center.
The guy doing my mri was so patient with me ! This is the place to be if you are claustrophobic. Very nice people and place.
