I've gotten an annual mammogram every year since I turned 40. After this company was bought out by CDI, it seems like every year or so I have to go back for a follow up mammogram that is not covered by insurance (my insurance pays 100% for an annual mammogram but any follow up mammogram is not covered at 100%) and I have to pay out of pocket. It seems like it's CDI's way of making up for any short pay the insurance offers them. It just seems like suspicious/shady business ethics.

The two times I went to the DCA west boyton I was poorly attended at the door by the reception staff, they were Rude and today on Glades Road I was well attended, but I had two exams, I scheduled both, but they only had one exam in the system, causing me an inconvenience and affected.

The Phone Was Answered In 2 Min ! Spoke To Frank. So Professional, Made My Experience Easy ! Spoke To Supervisor. Extremely On Top Of Her Game! Highly Recommend DCA ! 'A Good Experience' !!

since December 2020 I have been at the Wellington, Florida location a few times. I wanted to say thatn you so much to the staff. EVERYONE is wonderful, and caring. I wanted to recognize a few people. Terrie at check is fantastic. My greeter Victoria is a kind young lady. and I two different fabulous Techs. Carrie and Nikkie you both made my experience as pleasant as a test could be. Thank you for taking such good care of me, especially during a pandemic. Ladies you Rock!

This Center doesn't even deserve one star! Beware! Make sure you get your quote for a breast mammogram in writing! I got a quote on a mammogram at this center because they were in my network. The quote was given with insurance and cash pay. I decided to go with this company because of the price. Well I got my bill and it was more than doubled! I called to discuss and I got the run around and kept getting transferred and then got hung up on. They are nothing but thieves and charged my insurance company almost $800 for one ... read more

If you take your health as seriously as I do, I strongly suggest not going to CDI Richardson for any diagnostic treatment. This was the absolute worst medical experience I have ever had. They postponed my MRI citing an equipment issue. They eventually called back to reschedule assuring me the equipment was operating perfectly. After the MRI my doctor told me the images were unusable. When I contacted CDI they said the images were fine. Eventually, after many attempts, they agreed they were unreadable. When I asked them to st... read more

I was very impressed with Diagnostic Centers of America’s Boca Raton Location. It was extremely clean and everyone was very professional and friendly. I cannot thank Brian and Carmen enough for their kindness and professionalism. I was extremely nervous about my MRI and they were wonderful and got me through it. I have gotten other imaging done at DCA and it is consistently excellent.

I would give this minus one (-1) if I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTRE during May and June unless they make corrections to the safety of their service delivery. While lockdown measures have been relaxed, it has been the responsibility of all health centres to Have patients and staff wear masks, and to take the temperature of any patient entering the setting.
