water bill was paid early this morning online yet service was turned off even though the service man said to call the office to verify payment and let him know it was paid. Payment verified by the office but he had already turned the water off, man said he would have to come back later in the day. WTF! turn it back on, i was verified already and you are already here.
If you must go to work be pleasant.No need to be RUDE whenever a customer calls 816 356-0333 asking why he/she water bill increased when there is NO explanation located anywhere on the statement. The Raytown Water Company 10017 E 63rd Street.
Why have an after hours message on your machine for emergencies if nobody’s going to ever answer it. Crazy!!!
