Had a shower faucet problem and Brain came out first thing next day and explained to me what he was going to do to fix it and cost. He is a very talented, professional and trustworthy plumber. Im very happy with the repair and will always recommend Brain at Raytown plumbing.
Brian is a true professional. Very up front with expectations and the job at hand. Brian wasn't pushy when suggesting the things that needed to be updated but was informative of the options which is greatly appreciated. Service was very quick and friendly.
They charge me for putting in valve shut off. When they charge me foe accidentally taking it out. Put in toilet and it's crooked from the wall. I would not recommend them
After calling other plumbing companies about installing a shower grab bar, they don't. I called Brian about installing one in my shower. He said he could come the next morning and did. The price he quoted was fair. He showed up on time. As I have very old tile walls, he explained what he would do to mount the bar. He's very efficient, professional, and thorough.
