Went in for a very simple break pad replacement on a 2010 audi S4, next day my (new) break pad was left loose within the caliper, damaging the rotor and landing me in a dangerous situation on the road. They fixed the issue and offered some free oil changes once presented with the problem.
I bought a $68,000 Benz when I had money 10 years ago, and I would only get it serviced at the dealership. The dealership actually messed up a few times. I just finished up with a pre-purchase inspection for my new GTI. The shop was able to point out that the brakes were not up to par and actually low. Based on the report the dealership took a copy of the multi-point inspection and agreed to replace the brakes prior to purchases. If you in the market for buying a new german car put this place on the top of your list
