I would definitely recommend RaySolar Kenora to anyone looking for a solar system. From our initial consultation, to installation, through some additions and changes to our system, RaySolar has been great to work with. We ran into an issue with the system last summer, and the team in Kenora was quick to respond, diagnose the problem, and find a solution. Ray met us at our place to personally go through our questions. We are very happy with the level of service we have received from RaySolar over the past five years!
Superb service, very welcoming and attentive staff. The owner also spoke in French and took the time despite a busy day to check and resolve our problem. I recommend 100%
I recommend, very good experience! the owner was very nice, he came to look at the problem with our van himself. The solar panel no longer worked and he took the time to find the problem despite the fact that he was busy. Very good service!
Ray solar was disappointing from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend this company. They advised me that the system they would install would meet all my electrical needs. I paid extra to get three days of reserve for cloudy days. I outlined for them all my electrical needs. The system never performed as promised. Only from end of July to beginning of August did their system ever give me the energy needed. Otherwise, I was woken during the night, with alarms, saying the system is shutting down because of low batt... read more
