Too many appointments with nothing being done just to collect money from people.
I recently brought my family to Rayside Dental after moving to Chelmsford from Sudbury. Despite Sunlife covering a large portion, we still had to pay significant amounts for multiple checkups, including an initial exam before any actual treatment. My son required surgery in Toronto, and I was clearly informed I’d be charged for any missed appointment—which I respected.
