We hired Rayscape to rake out the dead grass and reseed a large area of our front yard. He charged us $1100.00 for the job. I asked him how long it would take and he said they should be able to finish it within a day. He came with one other guy and they were in and out within two hours. When I questioned the price for the amount of time they were here, he said that he charges by the job, not the number of hours and that he would be returning within two weeks to make sure the grass was coming in. Horrible! I would not recommend Ray to clean the dog doo out of my yard. He was to spread new top soil and reseed my backyard. He showed up with 1 guy that looked like he just woke up , no top soil, threw down about 5 lbs. of seed and told my wife to water it every day. Very little grass came up but a ton of weeds did. Made arrangements multiple times for Ray to come back out and he never showed after I made time to meet with him. I guess he was to busy trying to find others to sucker in. Upset. I wish I had seen and read all the reviews about Ray / Rayscape. I now know first hand that he is worth NO STARS not even 1.

I am so mad at myself for not reading reviews about Ray and Rayscape. I know first hand now that he is worth NO STARS!! What a complete.........

He bid $1300 with the mulch, asked for $700 upfront 2 weeks before work was scheduled, that seemed a bit high, but I wanted to get it done. I asked if he wanted me to water the area's before he came so it would make it easier to pull the weeds and he said no, told me they used hoes. Ok. He came and pulled the weeds from the tops and their was no hoe work. He left all of the roots. The wife bought 6 extra plants and he put them in. He came out with one worker and did it in one day and wanted $400 more for putting in the... read more

Had him come out to clean my patio, walk of pavers and add more to front walk. Did not fill with sand and then I called to say needed more sand he hung up on me. Never finished the job. NO stars for him.

They take advantage of people. I was not satisfied with clean up. Now my neighbor is mad at me.
