Called them due to back flow in the house after all the rain they came out the very next morning less then 12 hours after i called them and did everything they needed and solved my issues completely will definitely use them again!
***UPDATE: Hired another company to come out and they were able to locate the tank, inspect it, and pump it. Rays couldn't get the job done despite "being in the business for over 25 years". *** Rays was hired to do a septic inspection and septic clean out. Was required to sign contract and pay before service; that's your 1st red flag. I was not present for inspection due to being a pending home purchase. Needed septic tank pumped, was told they would be out today 7/12/21 and I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Everything I was told HAPPENED just as they said it would. Jeff took care of the work in a timely manner, answered all of my questions. Fair price, I highly recommend RAY'S!
If I could give Ray's septic a NEGATIVE 4 STAR review I absolutely would! BEWARE DO NOT USE RAYS!!!!!! we called rays to replace our septic tank, upon their inspection of our new home, we were told that our septic tank was basically crushed into the ground and needed to be replaced. we felt as though that was emergent and booked them to come back out to replace the tank we waited ONE MONTH for them to come back out, we get it busy time of year and the rain didn't help. when rays came out they replaced the tank INCORRECTL... read more
