Steer clear of Ray’s Tree Service. They used my neighbor’s driveway to access my trees and left a large oil leak on the driveway. It took almost two months of unsuccessful attempts to remove it (scrubbing with detergent, power washing) before they finally resealed the driveway. They wanted to ridiculously seal two-thirds of the driveway

The company came out to trim my bushes. I was unhappy with the result. I emailed them pictures (after the trim) with descriptions of my expectations. An arborist came out to the house to discuss it. We disagreed on symmetry & the difference in height between the two bushes. I spent 2 hours outside on a ladder fixing the mistakes. When I asked for a discount, he paused, chuckled, then reluctantly agreed. One star.

Two stars because he took 33 percent off the bill at my request.

This company scheduled a two-hour window to come measure the circumference of a tree to be taken down in order to provide an estimate. Company didn't show, and didn't call. Scheduled for the next day; again, company didn't show and didn't call. Company, unaware our cameras capture vehicles and people on the property, claimed a guy came by and took a picture. Never happened. I just hate when companies send invisible men in invisible trucks.
