Do Not Trust This Mechanic I had my car inspected by Walz. They found several things that needed to be fixed. I had them fixed (because their mechanic said he didn't know how to work on BMWs). I took the car back to be reinspected, and they found something new. Something they missed, apparently. On the receipt, it says there could be more wrong, but he needs to reinspect after I get what he found fixed. Basically, these guys are crooks. They don't do a thorough enough job on the inspection. Great for the money If you have a limited income and are in need of tires or brakes, their prices are the most reasonable in town.
Botched Oil Change I got an oil change here. The next day I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor. I checked the oil, it was dry. I brought the car to my trusted mechanic. He inspected it and found that there was no o-ring on the filter. He also degreased the underside of my car as it was covered in the oil that had leaked as I drove it. Never again Called and made appt for a hitch installation. Was told that they had ONE hitch assy left, gave them my credit card info. The morning of the appt., they call and tell me that FedEx didn't get the hitch assy there. I made an appt under the impression that the hitch they had in stock would be installed. Now, am under the gun to find an alternative that fits my timeline. Going to this place now, is NOT one of those alternatives. I'll pay more to avoid giving them my business going forward. Horrible place…save your money!!! Paid for the top car wash. Tire rims still dirty. Car not vacuum, dash not cleaned, and finger prints still on the mirror. Suppose to wipe down your door panels. They use an air compressor to blow the water off.
Zero Stars would be more appropriate One of their jack-wad tow truck drivers almost creamed my car last night. He was exiting 285 in Aspen Park a little too quickly and slid into my lane. I was going a more appropriate speed and was able to stop before getting into an accident, but had I been just another 100 feet down the road, he would have T-boned me. The tow truck driver has no regard for others on the road, so he probably has no regard for your car if he's towing it. Avoid these people at all cost.
Rude and discourteous staff Go anywhere but here! The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have been there three times and they always act like I am bothering them, when once they lost my paperwork. Their fault but I am wrong for wanting the matter addressed quickly. Other sites say the same thing so I know it isn't just me.
