Ryan was able to assist me by phone in completing the transaction and arranging for pick up of an 8 hp mercury EFI with electric start for my fishing boat. He went out of his way to get a battery case delivered to me so that I was able to make the Unit water ready for when the grandkids arrived at the cabin. This new motor worked perfectly and accomplished my goal of giving my grandkids experience operating a tiller motor.

Made an appointment mid-May for new electronics on my Lund Impact and given a June 2nd appointment. Drove an hour and a half to drop boat to find it wasn't on their books. No explanation, apology nor acknowledgement except somehow it was my fault. Will NEVER patronize Ray's again!
