10/10, would highly recommend Ray's to anyone and everyone! Derek and Shannon up at the Grand Rapids location were the most helpful folks I encountered this year while looking for the right boat. They took the time to make sure I got exactly I wanted, the way I wanted it, and met my budget with no shortcuts. Very knowledgeable and timely with communication. If you are working with anyone else that is not giving you those 2 things, like I did before finding Ray's, hit up Derek in Grand Rapids!
Don’t honor contracts
I was looking for a Lund boat and found one at this dealer. Was not sure about the color but another location had the color I wanted. Worked with the sales guy as I would be traveling a long way to pick it up. The ALEXANDRIA location was closer and would work better for me anyway that is where the boat was located. The next day sales guys said the store manager wanted to bring it up to the other location. I said no leave it there.
