I can't say enough good things about Nick. He was so professional, excellect customer service, respectful and kind. Very affordable and a job well done.
I know absolutely NOTHING about septic systems, when Nick came out today to pump my tank, he was very respectful and helpful. A lot of contractors would look exasperated and make me feel foolish but Nick was very informative and patient. I will definitely be saving Ray's Septic Tank Pumping information and sharing it with my friends and neighbors!
We had Nick out at our house. He was very respectful. Answered our questions without hesitating or looking at us dumbfounded. Showed and explained to us about what to look at and watch for in the future. Very nice and patient young man.
Have to give Rays septic tank service 5 star. We called on Friday late and they made it out Saturday. We were told after lunch but was getting worried when we hadn’t heard from them by 3. We called and the driver said they ran into some problems but no matter the time they would get to us still. As you can see it’s dark and they stuck to their word.
