I would just like to say that I was completely impressed with the professionalism they showed when they were at my property. They arrived on time and explained everything they saw and what they were doing.They also explained the timing recommended for service and other preventative measures we should take to assure our system works well. Ray referred us to his son who was to do a plumbing job for us after they installed our septic lines (pic #2) which we were pleased with...but the son never showed up and wouldn't even return our calls. Very unprofessional.
