Holly is amazing! She nailed the exact color I wanted with just pre-lightening—no extra steps needed. She's super gentle; I honestly couldn’t feel a thing the whole time. Usually, full head highlights are a bit of a snooze (literally, I’ve dozed off before ), but Holly was so fun and engaging that the 3 hours flew by. Michelle is magical she did wonders with my hair and I'm impressed everytime I go to her! She gets 5 stars and if I could give her 100 I would! She's just so amazing and she's an amazing person to work with I love her easy going fun personality!
