Worst roofing company ever. Bought a new build in 2022 and as soon as the one year warranty ended I had multiple leaks. I reached out to ray and he came out and “fixed the issue”. We are still having leaks and I had other roofing companies come take a look and they all told me I need to replace my entire roof. I tried reaching out to ray and he ignores my phone calls and text messages. Please stay away from this guy.
We have a hole in our roof. I called him to get an estimate. He said he would be here Monday. It is now 4:40 on Tuesday afternoon. He has not responded to my text messages, answered his phone, or bothered to stop by the house to tell me he's not coming. I've been sitting here waiting for 2 days and nothing. Use another company.
We had our roof replaced by Ray’s Roofing. Walter came to our home and gave us estimates on different types of roofing. After we decided which one we wanted, they came to our house and removed the old roof and trash from it. Did not leave any nails or debris around the house and carried it away for us. Our new roof is beautiful and was done in a timely manner. Good, honest family owned business in our small town of Glennville.
