We rented a Waverunner for some play time in the San Diego bay, and it was SO FUN! Was able to reserve the time and pay online, then arrived for check-in. Watched a brief safety video, got fitted for life jackets, and were on our way. The gentleman helping us was super-professional and helpful, and we had a blast. Nothing but kudos for Rays.
Excellent ride but a rough workout.
Convenient location but way too expensive and they actually write down your CC info. Who does that in 2021?? There are many more better priced and options on the island!!
This place is shady. Rented a jet ski today and minutes after getting out it was not going over 5mph. Limped back to the dock only to have to help the kid get the ahi out of the he water and be told they are charging me another $500 because they say I may have broke it. They wanted me to swipe my card again and told me they were going to manually change me. What a way to ruin a vacation. Never again. Do not use this place. Not customer friendly. Shady and in ethical.
