After replacing both toilets and fixing a leaking pipe near our water meter, we asked Ray’s to evaluate our entire plumbing system to bring it up to date since our house is 30 years old. We are very glad we did this as Ray’s was very knowledgeable, professional and personable throughout the whole process. They were always punctual and deliberate in their work which means they took their time (no emergency so no rush) and got it right the first time. We will not hesitate to recommend Ray’s to friends and neighbors.

It seems inevitable that we end up with water problems at the end of the business day and right before the weekend or a holiday. The person that took the after hours call was reassuring and had the technician call as soon as he was able. He was willing to come out in the dark to start the diagnosis. We set up a diagnostic appointment for the holiday. He came out first thing that day taking time away from his family. Much appreciated. I am so glad to be a member of the Rays Care Program.

My daughter has a Navien gas on demand heater that had some leaking water in it. The technician there said it was the heat exchanger and would probably cost in the range of $9,000 to $12,000 if the water heater had to be replaced!! He was waiting to find out about the warranty on the heat exchanger. Now this unit is $1,400 retail brand new. I called Ray’s plumbing to install two stop valves with dual outlets under my bathroom sink because I went from one faucet to two faucets. Zach came out to do the install and was very courteous and nice and seemed efficient with the work. I was not too impressed that first thing he did, he was trying to upsell a maintenance plan but okay. Then he quoted me for the work including two forms of the maintenance plan with the work included and the work separately.
