A worthy stop for tourists and travelers. An opportunity to stock up on beautiful and unnecessary trinkets, as well as medicine and prescriptions that are usually quite necessary.
expensive, poor quality items. unhelpful staff that like to say what drugs you are prescribed loudly with people in line behind you. what is HIPPA anyway? Rays is the only drugstore on the island. If that doesn't say it all I'm not sure what more I need to say.
