I needed a new starter for my truck. I called to see if they had it in stock and the lady I spoke with said they did but put me on a very brief hold to confirm that they had it. They had it. I appreciated her taking the moment to confirm it so I didn't waste a trip. Also, every person I dealt with in the store was pleasant and friendly.
Great group running the place. the young man and lady were very polite and helped tremendously and went above and beyond from knowledge to customer service this is a great locally owned business I will be in for all my needs Everytime I am up north thanks again.
Terrible!! Beware and be watchful! Mark makes Far too many mistakes! Starter was $120! Double the price from 3 yrs. Ago. It was broken, bad wiring, so it was returned. Instead of Refunding our money the guy Took it out Again(tying up two seniors' socialsecurityincome)! Then he argued with us, saying he did it right. No he didn't!
