Ray's passing was a loss of both a Hair tech and a friend he will be missed. I was a long loyal customer. If any other customer needs service I went to New England Associates I spoke with Ed and he had nothing but great things to say about Ray. I was able to have a service and order a new unit. I hope this helps any of his customers
Thank you for all the years..I was able to get my hair serviced and replaced with Ed at New England Associates in Manchester.I will miss the long talks happy retirement
