My experience with Rays moving and storage was a nightmare. Firstly, I accpeted their terms, and sent an email indicating that. A few days before the scheduled move, I get an email saying that they got no reply, and had given my date away. The next available date was 2 weeks later. This part actually worked out, as my original date turned out to be available. I have no complaints about the packing itself. They did as good job. My belongings were to arrive in Calgary, July 14 to 21st, and they had arranged for a storage unit.... read more
