Joseph was extremely knowledgeable about RV know-how. He explained everything he did in my camper so I could understand. He diagnosed my furnace I think correctly. So between the both of us I decided to have Joseph order a new furnace. When he installed it he took every precaution that it was safe (dealing with the propane). Slow service....im still waiting for a return email, or call but can not wait any longer today going to a real shop. Call elsewhere this guy takes to long
They do great work, have fair pricing and the process of scheduling was seamless.
Joseph Ray was very detail oriented to get everything just right. He removed my damaged motorhome roof, removed any damaged wood and replaced with a complete new system with all the little details to completely seal the project. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend him to others and I will use him again in the future.
