Ray really helped us out on the day we were scheduled to leave town. He worked very patiently to diagnose the problem with our furnace. He had very good connections to aid him in figuring out why it wasn’t working. We were very grateful for his persistence and expertise which got our furnace up and running again in an afternoon.
