Very prompt, professional and reasonable. Would highly recommend them.
2 stars because they were very prompt. Otherwise would have been 1. They diagnosed shop furnace and decided it needed a blower fan, total cost of service call was more than furnace value. Would have thought I'd get a call for an "go ahead " in that situation
Very rude man working for him. He refused me service due to me talking about God to one of the workers at last visit and hung up on me when I contacted him recently for a yearly check on furnace. I also smelled gas leaking from furnace and he called me crazy and said I was imaging it and come to find out when he did finally come after a long talk saying that I am really smelling it, he did find a leak of gas in the house and he never apologized for his rude behavior and I was concerned cause I have children in the home and h... read more
