I had a lot of work done on an older car, it had a check engine light on...within the week of picking the car up the light came back on...I brought the car back...I am now being asked to pay yet another $150 for diagnostics...ridiculous...they have lost a very long time customer 😡😡😡
Exceptional customer service. The ladies in the office are the best and the guys in the shop are excellent at finding the root of my problems and repairing the vehicle in a reasonable and timely manner
Just wanted to shout out Rays for always taking excellent care of me and my family’s vehicles, they are always honest and friendly. Most importantly I trust them and will be a long term customer.
Reasonable pricing and customer service
I always get prompt and professional service from the gang at Ray's Import Auto Repair. Their prices are fair, and the work is done correctly... the first time.
