Yes I was sad but, I got over it . Anyways, thank you for coming back today for serviceing our unit. You were professional and nice. I definitely will recommend your service to others!!
Ray is wonderful. He comes out at a moment's notice, goes above an beyond with his work. Very personable - no upselling, no crazy maintenance charges. Came out to diagnose a mini-split problem, worked with the vendor and eventually decided to replace the system, rather than fix a pretty terrible unit that was botched by 'Harris Air' (not once, but twice).
