I'm a decade old loyal customer, bought my first brand new 49.8cc motor scooter from Harvey a few years ago. Harvey and his crew have always been there for my maintenance and or any issues where quickly resolved for the best possible fair price he could offer. I'd refer Rays to anybody friend, foe, family and all kin folk. Rays is the best in town for what they do. And they do do a lot.
I debated on doing this because I know it’s not easy out there right now for businesses as far as help is concerned, but that’s not on the customer. Rays kept my cart for 10 weeks with nothing accomplished. I was told one promise after another during the process of 10 weeks, that It would “be ready” at this time or that time. I was the one that initiated all calls after every 3 weeks of not hearing from them. There was not one courtesy call or an apology for my wasted time.
