Taylor was AWESOME!! He did my routine maintenance and was very honest. He was efficient with it and made sure all components were working well (which luckily they are. I appreciate the honestly and no feeling of being "upsold" for anything I dont need which means the world). He gave me amazing advice about how my receiver wasnt having good distance with my remotes to remove my LEDs and also went above and beyond with some other small questions/requests I had.
