I originally reviewed Ray’s Garage Doors in 2021 after an outstanding experience, and five years later they are still my first call. Our garage door was accidentally hit, bending the bottom panel and knocking it off the tracks. I called Ray’s and spoke with Stephanie, the same person I remembered from years ago. Taylor showed us what was wrong with the door, explained what was necessary to fix it, and did so in a way that we could understand. He showed up on time, completed the job, and then demonstrated that the door was fixed. A very good experience!!

Called Ray at 1:30 on a Saturday after another company called at the end of the arrival window saying they actually couldn’t come until Tuesday. He was able to come out by 6pm (same day) and figure out the issue immediately. He fixed it, checked out the other two garage doors and openers, and tuned up all 3 - all for less than his original estimate (which already felt inexpensive).
