We were 7 1/2 hours away from our shop when our truck broke down on a Friday. We called Ray, even though he was swamped with work he drove an hour to get to us, worked all weekend to have us mobile by Monday. This kind of service is rare these days. I wish more companies had the same mind set as Ray, he certainly puts his customers first. We are extremely grateful to him for getting us out of a tough spot.
This gentleman is very humble and down to earth. He drove 50 kilometres to fix my truck in freezing cold weather. Highly recommended.
I had a driver break down in Cochrane, ON, and despite being extremely busy, the technician went above and beyond.
