I have towing insurance through progressive. My car broke down some ways from home and we have a 15 mile tow limit. I knew I needed to tow it 21 Mike's and there would be an overage. Progressive contacted rays towing and when they called me, they told me I would need to pay a 15 mile overage. When I asked why itvwas going to not be the actual mileage, the guy told me to shut up and take it, that if I didn't pu the extra he would take my car. When I damaged my work car by hitting flying debris on the freeway, I turned in a claim and they asked me which shop I wanted to use. I didn't know, so I asked if we worked with anyone in Castle Rock and they gave me the name of two shops. I chose Ray's because it was closest to my residence. When I got the car back, it looked brand new. You can't tell it was damaged at all and they washed it and even detailed it! Great service!
