Sonia was amazing from the moment I walked into the store. She helped me pick out the perfect engineered hardwood flooring for my home. She came out to my house and measured perfectly. I had a specific directional layout in mind, she drew it all up as I requested. The installer, Jose of JE Quality Floors, took the drawing and made it happen. I love my floors, working with Sonia and Jose was effortless and professional. Thank you, I can’t recommend you both more highly.
If you’re looking for flooring of ANY kind look no further! I am beyond impressed with my whole experience with Rays Carpets!! Tonya made the entire experience so easy and seamless! The installation process was thorough efficient & quick! Within a few hours all 3 of my rooms had new life breathed into them with the plush beautiful carpet! Very satisfied!
Just replaced our 20 year old carpet and couldn’t be happier! I walked into Rays and the sales people were no pressure and super professional. They were quick to get it ordered and the guys that installed it were really nice and professional as well. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
This place worked very well for our carpet needs. Very large selection. Knowledgeable and caring personnel. We were very impressed with the installation crew. We have an adjustable bed and hard some concerns. Waste of our time the installation team was 5 out of 5 stars. Even clean up and vacuum. You deserve this service too.
